It will be a special event guests will talk about for years! With a magnificent backdrop of the Shotover River Canyons, mountains, giant poplars and weeping willows it is sure to impress. Combined with this stunning backdrop are expansive decks, gazebo, acres of lawn with a designated area for a marquee.
Whatever the occasion our aim is to ensure your function runs as smoothly and flawlesslessly as possible. We can assist with some, or all of the arrangements, or recommend local operators. We will ensure the setting is perfect on the day, that nothing is left to chance and will be available for as long as required.
Day Venue Hire
Available from 12pm-11pm
The Canyons Lodge allows you to hire out the Lodge Grounds and Facilities to suit any event or function, including weddings, birthday parties, reunions and small intimate gatherings. It also makes a beautiful back-drop for a movie scene.
Exclusivity of the lodge and it's grounds are provided giving you unlimited use of the lodge facilities. This includes the outside lawn areas, the lounge, bar, dining room, parking for service vehicles and approximately 25 cars and outside deck area.
A 'Benchmark Birthday' is a celebration of life! Celebrate a 30th, 40th,50th or 60th birthday dinner party at the Canyons Lodge accompanied by friends, a personal chef and your choice of wine and music.Celebrate in style! Shuttle taxis will return guests back to their homes or hotel or you may like to book one of our luxury rooms and wake up to the view in the morning.
