cancelled within 30 days of arrival - 30% charge The above cancellation amounts are for the entire stay booked, Naturally we will endeavour to re-book the rooms and if successful a refund will be made. No smoking Policy Our primary focus at The Canyons Country Lodge is the well-being and comfort of all our guests, therefore we have a non-smoking policy that applies in the lodge. Children Our guests come to escape their busy lives and relax in a peaceful and tranquil environment. Therefore we regret that we cannot accommodate children under the age of twelve years. An exception can be made to this condition when one group books the exclusive use of the lodge.
