"The Canyons Exclusive" Wedding Package
MARQUEE RECEPTION WITH BUFFET OR 3 COURSE BANQUET DINNER for 50 PAX $55,000 + GST

- Wedding planning in the run up and the on the day
- Luxury hosted accommodation 2 nights in our Chalet Room for the bride and groom
- Two Superior Double rooms for 1 night (maximum of 4 guests) with full cooked breakfast each morning
- Bottle of champagne for hosted guests on arrival with antipasto and wine in front of the fire served the evening before
- Full day venue hire of the grounds from 11.30 am to 11pm on the day of the wedding and access the day before for set up
- Access for the Bridal party to the upstairs Chalet Room and lounge for the day of the wedding to get ready in and for photographs
- Full Marquee hire including everything with setup and breakdown - silks, chairs and tables linen included, table decorations, fairy lights the works!
- Chairs for reception with floral decorations and pegola on the lawn if requested
- "Lovely Loo" portaloo facilities
- Wedding reception dining either 3 course sit down, banquet style or buffet (from Canyons Lodge selected list)

- 1 glass of bubbly per guest with canapes. (Facility for you to BYO drinks - we will arrange staff set these up, serve and clear up for you. We will provide a chiller trailer for you.)
- Clear up/ waste removal
- Bus shuttle transport for guests to and from Queenstown Centre
- Family BBQ the next day for up to 20 guests (Enquire as to menu)
- Heli-flight of the Remarkables the day after or before the wedding for the happy couple or jet boat ride

The Romantic Escape Elopement Package
We have come up with a wonderful package, which allows you to escape for a few days and get married, with just yourselves on a mountain top. You are married overlooking the magnificent Lake Wakatipu and Southern Alps mountain range by your celebrant, whilst having the experience captured by your professional photographer.
Package includes:
- 3 Nights Accommodation in our chalet room which features a double shower, claw-footed bath and soft bathrobes and the most amazing view of the shotover river
- Evening wine and canapés in front of the fire on the first night
- A one hour rejuvenating, relaxing side by side couples massage in a soothing tranquil environment
- A helicopter ride for the two of you, along with the marriage celebrant and photographer (and up to 2 additional guests) and ceremony on a mountain top or in front of the fire at the Lodge in the event of inclement weather
- Photographs taken by a professional photographer (*conditions apply)
- Hair and make-up for the bride to look extra special on her wedding day
- Bridal bouquet for the bride and buttonhole flowers for the groom
- Bottle of bubbles to celebrate the special moment
- Airport meet and greet and return
- Complimentary transfers to and from Gantleys Restaurant after the wedding
- Dinner for two at Gantleys with a six course degustation dinner with matching wines (Drinks charged separately/not included) on the night of the wedding
- Continental and full cooked breakfast on every morning of your stay
- Late check out of 2pm after the second night's stay
